As a member of the management team, be fully accountable for all aspects of the department, responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation and safety of all personnel within the Logistics Department, staff, contractors and visitors within these areas.
Continually improve efficiencies within the logistics department, responsible for managing the day-to-day people resource while achieving and communicating operational targets, both within their own team and across the wider organisation. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for ensuring their team members understand performance measures and how they are performing against them. They will be able to identify possible areas of improvement in key focus areas.
