A leading insurance firm in Greater London is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to enhance HR strategies and provide comprehensive support across business functions. The role involves cultivating relationships, supporting HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and applying data analytics to HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of employment law and experience working with international clients, alongside a minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualification. This position aims to foster HR's strategic alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a HRBP or similar with exposure to ER and case management.
  • Ability to support a global or international client base.
  • Good level of employment law knowledge.
