Team/ Role Paragraph:

Coinbase is looking for an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in finance and cryptocurrency, possessing in-depth knowledge of the European market, especially France. You will strategize and execute successful marketing campaigns that resonate with both the finance and crypto sectors while catering to the unique needs of the French audience.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Coinbase's business objectives, ensuring cohesive campaigns across various channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and market trends.
• Performance Analytics and Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
• Meaningful Content Creation: Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy and create engaging content across diverse channels.
• Events & Community Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing events to enhance brand visibility and engage the community.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of marketing initiatives.
• Experience: Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the fintech, crypto or technology industry.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using analytics tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in French (written and spoken)
• Based in Ireland or UK

Nice to haves:

• Previous experience with Crypto in the EMEA region, especially in France
• Fluency in any other languages such as Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or German
