Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in high-volume kitchens is required.

Responsibilities

• Run your own section and maintain high food safety standards.
• Prepare and serve meals for breakfast, lunch, and events.
• Support menu cycles, food preparation, and service.
• Assist with functions and occasional weekend work.
• Cover reduced hours during school holidays.
