Wirral University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a compassionate and proactive Clinical Support Worker to join the team on DME Ward 21. In this role, you'll assist registered nurses and multidisciplinary professionals in delivering hands-on care and executing patient care plans.

• Deliver personal care including bathing, toileting, feeding, and end-of-life care.
• Record basic patient measurements such as height and weight.

Essential Requirements

• Level 2 qualification in Care or equivalent experience (or willingness to complete within 18 months).
• Commitment to complete the Care Certificate upon joining, if not already held.
• Willingness to undergo all mandatory training and clinical competencies.
• Ability to recognize limitations and seek appropriate support.
• Friendly, approachable, and self-motivated team player.

Desirable Attributes

• Previous experience working in a clinical or NHS setting.
• Completed Care Certificate.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
