About the Role

We are a nurse-led domiciliary care company dedicated to providing exceptional care services in Hemel Hempstead, Tring, and Berkhamsted – you would be required to travel between these areas. We support individuals with personal care, shopping, companionship, and medication assistance. Join our team of dedicated Care Workers and make a difference in the lives of those who need it most. Main Duties

• Assist residents with daily activities (personal care, dressing, meals) and mobility.
• Provide emotional support, companionship, and implement behaviour management strategies.
• Administer medication under supervision and monitor/report changes in residents’ health or behaviour.
• Drive residents to appointments/outings and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• A valid UK Drivers Licence.
• Previous experience in care, nursing homes, or home care (desirable).
• Knowledge of First Aid procedures.
• The ability to provide patient-centred care with empathy and respect.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
