Job summary
A leading staffing agency is seeking an experienced Customer Support Advisor specializing in Adult Social Care to provide front-line support for vulnerable residents. This hybrid role involves handling enquiries via multiple channels and requires strong IT skills, empathetic communication, and a proven background in social care. Candidates will need to work flexibly on a full-time basis from 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday, and should have at least 5 GCSEs or equivalent. Immediate interviews available for those with relevant experience.
Qualifications
- Proven background and experience in Adult Social Care.
- Flexible and organized with good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of social care referrals and community resources.
Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries across all channels related to social care.
- Signpost to council services and health sectors.
- Record detailed info on CRM/Mosaic for referrals.
