A major healthcare regulatory body is looking for an experienced trainer to deliver impactful training on ethical practices to medical professionals across the East of England. This role includes a mix of in-person and remote work, engaging diverse audiences and promoting supportive working cultures. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills and be confident in working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team. Are you an experienced facilitator, trainer, or educator with a background in coaching and training adults? If so, you could play a vital role in improving patient care by delivering engaging and impactful training on ethical practice to medical professionals, patient groups, educators, and students.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can confidently engage diverse audiences both in person and virtually. While experience in the health sector is not essential, we’ll provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re fully equipped for success in this role.
We work with doctors, physician associates, anaesthesia associates, patients, and other stakeholders to promote safe, high-quality patient care across the UK. We set professional standards for our registrants and those who train them, and we support them in meeting these expectations. Where concerns arise—whether about standards or public confidence—we investigate and take appropriate action.
This role covers the East of England and involves a mix of in-person and remote work. You’ll deliver training in hospitals, medical schools, and other healthcare settings, as well as from home.
