We’re now looking for flexible Food and Beverage Assistants to join our passionate team. Whether you're serving fantastic wines in the Great Hall or making coffee in our cafés, we want you to help us create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
️ Prepare for service, restock, and clean areas, including washing up
️ Take and prepare customer orders quickly and accurately
️ Provide polite, confident, and excellent customer service
️ Operate tills and payment systems efficiently
️ Maintain high food safety standards, including allergen controls
️ Display a positive and helpful attitude, providing knowledge of food and drinks

What We’re Looking For
A can-do attitude and a passion for customer service
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Previous experience in food and beverage roles is a plus, but not essential
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events
