Qualifications

  • Drive the café to improve the food and increase covers during lunch.
  • Flexible and have good front of house ability for busy lunch periods.
  • Highly focused on social sustainability.
  • Contract catering or café background highly desirable.
  • Very well organised and good time-management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene protocols, and sanitation.

Salary

£35,000 per annum

Working Pattern

40 hours per week – Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm. You will be required to support in hospitality so additional hours will be available as overtime; some flexibility is required.

Responsibilities
  • To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs.
  • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers.
  • To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time.
  • You will be responsible for running the café and covering between 50-60 covers per day.
  • To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredient.
Qualifications
