We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Canada Professions team as an Assistant Underwriter. Our team is recognized as a market leader in Professional Liability underwriting, focusing exclusively on this sector in Canada, and has experienced rapid growth. We offer a range of products including Architects and Engineers, Miscellaneous Professionals, Recruitment, Oil and Gas, and Contractors E&O. Our package policy solutions provide comprehensive coverages, including Casualty and Cyber insurance, offering valuable experience and exposure.

As an Assistant Underwriter, you will support the team in developing and underwriting profitable business, handling new business and renewals, and building broker relationships.
We seek driven, self-starting individuals with a strong work ethic, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You should be sales and service-oriented, confident, personable, and eager to support team growth. Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in underwriting or broking within financial lines, is preferred.
