DV Cleared Application Developer
Job summary
A leading technology company is looking for a DV cleared Application Developer to join a long-term assignment focused on a secure Government project in London. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Docker, and Kubernetes along with a solid understanding of Data Governance. This is an excellent opportunity for professional contractors, offering a day rate of £600-£700 and a minimum assignment duration of 12 months with requirements for full-time work on secure sites.

- Experience with managing dependencies without internet access.

We need a DV cleared Application Developer to work on a new, long-term assignment for a secure Government Agency.
- UK National Only, UKSV DV, willing to go for Enhanced, willing to undergo STRAP, willing to work in London 5 days a week.
- Strong expertise in Python, Docker, Kubernetes and Data Governance, including air-gapped working experience, managing dependencies and build pipelines without internet access, experience building APIs for data enrichment services, Orchestration and Data Pipeline experience with Prefect or Airflow and K8s or Swarm, experience with Configuration and Automation of business workflow tooling e.g. within Jira; experience with a range of Database and Storage technologies e.g. Elastic, Mongo, Cassandra, Redis, S3
- PyTorch, Artificial Intelligence(AI), Machine Learning(ML), Natural Language Processing(NLP), Data Handling, Large Language Model(LLM), Atlassian Suite, GitHub, Linux CLI
Any additional knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) is highly desirable.
Working with our UK Central Government client you will be part of a brand-new project focusing on blue sky dev work. Due to the highly sensitive nature of this project we are seeking DV cleared individuals with willingness to go for enhanced, preferably with/willingness to go for STRAP.
This assignment will be a minimum of 12 months and beyond.
You will be required to work full time on a secure Government sites in London.

Day rate - £600-£700 p/d
