You’llberesponsibleforawiderangeofsurveyingdutiesincluding:
- Buildinginspectionsandconditionsurveys
- Defectdiagnosisandreportwriting
- Preparationofschedulesofworkandspecifications
- Projectmanagementandcontractadministration
- Insurancereinstatementwork,includingmajorandcomplexloss
- PartyWall,CDM,andBuildingRegulationmatters
- SupportingandmentoringAPCcandidates
- Representingthecompanyinaprofessionalmannerandsupportingbusinessdevelopmentactivity
Youwillworkindependentlyonadiverseworkload,oftenwithintheinsurancesector,supportinglong-termclientrelationshipsanddeliveringpractical,workablesolutionsforbuildingsofalltypesandconstruction.
