- Recognised professional qualification in a mental health profession - Mental Health Nursing/Social Work/OT
- Therapeutic experience with mental health clients with challenging behaviour
- Group skills
- Teaching skills
- Positive experience of supervision and reflective practice
- Mindfulness practice
- Research experience
- Skills relevant to application of DBT principles and practice
- Supervised experience in the practice of DBT skills
- Knowledge of DBT principles, practice, and process
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Valid UK driver's licence
