The ideal candidate will have ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualifications and experience working in a dynamic environment. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a varied finance role within a small, growing business.
• Experience managing a small finance team.
• High level of accuracy in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transactional team including recruitment and training.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and Board reports.
• Oversee sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accurate invoicing.
