A regional health board in Wales is seeking a candidate to support the Access to Health Records Service. You will process subject access requests and ensure compliance with data protection legislation, including GDPR. The role involves locating and scanning patient records, acting as the first point of contact, and maintaining high service standards. Ideal candidates will have a good understanding of data protection laws, excellent communication skills, and experience in a similar field, with Welsh language skills as a plus.
