A leading property investment firm in Greater London is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive long-term strategic investment decision-making. The role requires strong analytical and research skills to assess global macroeconomic trends affecting the real estate market. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Economics, ideally with a CFA qualification, and has experience in economic consulting. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a high-caliber team in a dynamic workspace aimed at identifying investment opportunities.
Reporting to the Grosvenor Property CEO the Group Research team is responsible for providing research support on global real estate trends across all Grosvenors regional OpCos. A core part of the Group Research teams work is to provide in-depth analysis of the long‑term macro trends that are shaping returns in global real‑estate markets. This includes assessing how various structural changes are increasingly impacting returns and create strategic opportunities and risks in global real‑estate markets. These insights are used by the Research to inform Grosvenors geographic and sector capital allocation recommendations and to inform business strategies within individual business units and to help inform return requirements from various risk activities.
We are looking for a senior analyst to help drive long‑term strategic investment decision‑making in our real‑estate business. This person will be a keen intellectually curious self‑starter with an economics background who can make sense of global macroeconomic trends and structural changes to identify commercial risks and opportunities. Working in close collaboration with a high calibre team of economists with macro, micro and data analytics specialities this person will help identify new strategic opportunities for the portfolio and shape long‑term capital allocation recommendations.
