Salary: £41,983 - £49,717 (including paid school holidays) + excellent benefits

Based at Queensmead House School, the role sits within a multidisciplinary clinical team to support educational and residential colleagues in providing therapeutic living and learning environments. Clinicians offer individualised interventions based on clinical assessment and formulation for children and young people with complex needs including developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions and special educational needs.

• Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC
• Specialist with proven skills and experience delivering therapeutic interventions to children and young people with complex needs
• Experience supporting teams around a child to ensure clinically informed living and learning environments
• Confident, engaging, and effective as a role model, guide, leader and trainer
• Highly organised and proactive
