- Act as primary contact for key accounts, building relationships and identifying growth.
- Develop and deliver sales and marketing plans.
- Lead tender activities and negotiate contract awards.
- Oversee contract execution and manage sales budgeting.

- Acting as the primary contact for key accounts, representing both the company and the customer while building relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Developing and delivering sales and marketing plans for key accounts, using market insight to influence technical and industrial decisions internally.
- Leading tender activities by sourcing opportunities, preparing compliant bid responses, presenting proposals, and negotiating to secure contract awards.
- Overseeing contract execution, ensuring terms are met, managing non-contractual work, and supporting accurate sales budgeting and forecasting.
- Supporting new industrialisation projects by aligning customer expectations with production teams and ensuring smooth transition into series production.
- Experience in a sales or account management role within an aerospace or manufacturing environment
- Prior experience of contracts and tenders
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Full UK driving license and flexible to travel to customer sites when needed
- 5% matched pension
