As a Customer Account Manager, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and orders are processed accurately.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Provide accurate and timely price quotations
  • Liaise with suppliers to source information for non‑standard materials
  • Process customer orders and ensure all requirements are fulfilled
  • Build rapport with customers and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Communicate company guidelines clearly and professionally
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products and services
  • Identify new business opportunities and re‑engage inactive customers
  • Maintain accurate quote records, following up on outstanding enquiries
  • Update and manage customer information within internal systems
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and quality procedures
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a Customer Account Manager or customer service/sales support role (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Confident handling customer enquiries and providing professional responses
  • Able to build positive working relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer use, including typing and navigating systems
Salary & Working Hours
