Job Description
  • Acting as the primary contact for key accounts, representing both the company and the customer while building relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Developing and delivering sales and marketing plans for key accounts, using market insight to influence technical and industrial decisions internally.
  • Leading tender activities by sourcing opportunities, preparing compliant bid responses, presenting proposals, and negotiating to secure contract awards.
  • Overseeing contract execution, ensuring terms are met, managing non-contractual work, and supporting accurate sales budgeting and forecasting.
  • Supporting new industrialisation projects by aligning customer expectations with production teams and ensuring smooth transition into series production.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience in a sales or account management role within an aerospace or manufacturing environment
  • Prior experience of contracts and tenders
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Full UK driving license and flexible to travel to customer sites when needed
