This is an excellent opportunity for a professional customer services person to join a successful, progressive manufacturing business who have a long-standing presence in Telford. Working within their commercial team, there are excellent routes for progression within short time frames for the right motivated candidate.
- Carry out office administrative tasks, including packing, posting, printing, binding.
- Collate and analyse sales data to identify trends and patterns.
- Support the development of new and existing products in partnership with innovation, commercial & production teams.
- Provide customer/product portfolio analysis including competitor landscape.
- Work closely with the Customer Support Managers to carry out local and group projects.
- Carry out regular product testing.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience of interfacing effectively with internal and external customers.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Proven experience of managing multiple tasks efficiently through to completion.
- Competent using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Current, valid driving licence
