We're looking for a cool and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our management team in Pho Brighton.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling.
• Communicate with suppliers.
• Use different systems as part of your day-to-day, e.g., Acquire for stock ordering.
• Learn everything about our fresh food as part of the management team.
• Engage with guests and create an enjoyable atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s Restaurant Management experience (bar, restaurant or both).
• Passion for food and willingness to learn about fresh Pho.
• People person ready to assist in staff training and development.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems.

Salary

Up to £40,100 (base £31,500 plus earnings received through tronc).
