Having successfully established an office in Somerset, this firm recently opened a new Berkshire office and plan to grow substantially over the coming years. With 3 team members currently in place there is a pressing need to add further talent to the group and an Architectural Technician who could demonstrate previous experience within Layout Design would be highly sought after!
As a crucial member of this new team, the Architectural Technician/Layout Designer will be engaged in every phase of the design process, from concept right through to construction (RIBA stages 0-4). Your contributions will play a vital role in bringing to life private homes, commercial offices, and innovative design codes that set the standard for modern living and working.
What We're Looking For:
The successful Architectural Technician/Layout Designer will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the range of 40k - 45k, alongside the opportunity to work 2 days a week from the comfort of your own home!
