Qualifications

• 1 - 5 years post-qualification experience in a UK practice.
• Experience in the Education sector is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of NBS either CAWS or NBS Chorus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and support throughout RIBA work stages 3-4.
• Attend internal and on-site meetings with contractor and design teams.

Skills

Architectural Technology degree or equivalent

Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations

Full competency in Revit

Ability to work autonomously

Experience in liaising with contractors
