LB Design Recruitment are delighted to be working with a progressive, multi-disciplinary architectural practice who deliver projects of all scales — from large high-end bespoke residences and small housing estates to individual new-builds and transformative home extensions.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their expanding team.

Initially, you’ll be supporting senior colleagues in producing detailed working and building regulation drawings, responding to the practice’s busy workload. Over time, your role will develop to include responsibilities across both the planning and working drawing departments, giving you exposure to projects from inception through to completion.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working across all RIBA stages
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (proof required)
