Job Description:
The technical architect for a Dynamics 365 implementation is responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying the solution to meet business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Create an architectural blueprint that aligns business processes with Dynamics 365 applications.
- Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with existing systems and optimize for performance and scalability.
- Technical Guidance: Offer support to the deployment team and clients throughout implementation.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Gap Analysis: Analyse differences between existing systems and the desired Dynamics 365 solution for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, consultants, and development teams for successful implementation.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise to help team members understand technical aspects.
- User Adoption: Ensure end-users are trained and able to effectively use the system.
