• Deliver exceptional customer service and technical excellence while troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware, networking and security issues for colleagues across the business
• Collaboratively improve systems and procedures to reduce complexity and improve reliability
• Maintain the HPP infrastructure landscape to ensure system availability
• Deliver system changes, improving security and system capabilities to support the delivery of excellent IT services

You will need a willingness to succeed, with dedication to your team and developing new skills.

• You will have achieved GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in both Maths and English at a grade 4 or above.
• To have a passion for building and configuring IT systems and delivering solutions using your skills and talent
• We also offer an IT Software Apprentice Scheme, focusing on software development.
