We have a rare opportunity to join our lively and supportive team as an Apprentice Creative and Performing Arts Administrator. This role offers an excellent introduction to arts administration within a dynamic faculty that champions creativity and innovation.

What will you be doing?
  • Providing administrative support across Art & Design, Media, and Performing Arts programmes.
  • Coordinating peripatetic music lessons for learners.
  • Supporting events, workshops, and performances.
  • Acting as a key liaison between staff, students, and visiting professionals.
  • Maintaining strong communication across our academies and with BBC teams based in the Centre for Creative Industries.
Who we are looking for

You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail in areas of administration, you’ll be proactive in solving problems, and will be a helpful and approachable person.

You’ll be an excellent communicator, able to speak with people at all levels and deliver excellence in internal and external customer service.

The nature of the role requires an enthusiastic, self‑motivated individual that enjoys a challenge. The successful candidate will be based in the Centre for Creative Industries opposite Exeter Central train station.
