Your opportunity
  • Responsibility for client support activity in Italy, working with other EMEA regions as required.

  • Dealing with ad-hoc enquiries on behalf of the Sales Directors or directly from prospects.

  • Working closely with the RFP team, coordinating mandate searches/RFPs for the respective regions across the business - providing initial review and assisting the process through to completion.

  • Controlling the meeting process for PM marketing, including: pre-meets with investment teams, prep notes, presentation coordination, liaising with other regional teams on roadshows.

  • Ensuring regular monthly and quarterly reporting fulfilments are completed.

  • Work with the marketing team where required for regional marketing activity.

  • Helping with preparation of events, including attendance as required and follow ups.

  • Management of new leads coming from events, webcast, etc.

  • Helping the team to keep the CRM for the region in a good manner.

  • Respond to queries from the team’s shared Inbox and work closely with the wider EMEA & Latam Client Group.

  • Proactively developing internal relationships across the business, collaborating with other teams as necessary.

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

    Nice to have skills

  • MS Office to an Intermediate standard – PowerPoint and Excel Advanced;

  • Educated to degree level (preferably in Finance or Business related degree);

  • Candidates with previous administrative and sales support experience preferable;

  • Experience of financial services, either asset management or banking, is desirable.
