Job Title – Sales Executive – Manchester Airport

Job Location – Manchester Airport

Salary – £19k basic with a £35k OTE

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling car rental to holiday makers, local businesses, and the general public. If they have a car already booked, your role is to upgrade the car rental that is already booked online.

For example, you will upgrade the car to a luxury car, bigger car, offer better insurance than already booked, offer child and baby seats, and upsell satellite navigation.

Responsibilities:

1. Offer and convince the client regarding the opportunity of integrating additional products to the rental contract.
2. Achieve targets.
3. Manage the documents related to the booking of vehicles, directly or through brokers, to finalize the contract and the attribution of the vehicle following the established procedures.
4. Provide clients with the correct information to finalize the vehicle rental contract.
5. Record on the company’s computer system any client data gathered as well as any relevant information obtained on finalizing the rental contract.
6. Be available and close representative by having correct behavior.
7. Carry out the various operational reports requested.
8. Perform administrative tasks related to the rental of vehicles, the billing of debtors, GFA of breakdowns and accidents, and other issues.
9. Occasionally control the vehicles by activating the adequate procedure in case of damage detection and managing the objects left behind.
