A leading professional services firm in the UK is seeking a Business Analyst for their AI Lab. This hybrid role involves identifying AI and automation opportunities, leading stakeholder sessions, and translating business requirements into user stories. The ideal candidate will have experience in tech-enabled change, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with agile delivery. Qualificações
- Experience in tech-enabled change (AI / automation / analytics preferred).
- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiar with agile delivery methodologies.
Responsabilidades
- Identify AI / automation opportunities across service lines.
- Lead stakeholder sessions and define business needs.
- Translate requirements into user stories & process flows.
- Support business cases, prioritisation, UAT and benefits tracking.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
Conhecimentos
Salary: Up to £55,000
Location: Offices across the UK (Hybrid role)

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing AI Lab, working at the intersection of business challenges and cutting‑edge AI solutions. You’ll identify high‑value use cases, translate requirements into clear user stories, and collaborate with developers, architects and stakeholders to deliver transformative AI products.
- Identify AI / automation opportunities across service lines
- Lead stakeholder sessions and define business needs
- Translate requirements into user stories & process flows
- Support business cases, prioritisation, UAT and benefits tracking
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery
- Experience in tech-enabled change (AI / automation / analytics ideal)
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams
- Familiar with agile delivery
- Bonus: professional services, digital transformation, UX / UX or ML exposure
