This is a unique opportunity for a Finance Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations, moving away from rigid corporate structures to a role where your expertise directly influences the company’s trajectory.
As the Finance Manager, you will act as the heartbeat of our transactional finance, ensuring robust controls while leading and developing a talented internal team.
You will be as comfortable with hands‑on bookkeeping as they are with high-level financial reporting and process improvement.
Overseeing all day-to-day finance operations and ensure total compliance.
Acting as the in‑house expert for bookkeeping and transactional finance, maintaining absolute accuracy.
Providing meaningful reports and updates to support business decision‑making.
Identifying and driving continuous improvements to existing financial systems and workflows.
Leading, mentoring and developing a small, dedicated internal finance team.
Acting as the primary point of contact for external advisors and stakeholders.
Experience managing a team with a focus on quality and professional growth.
A self‑starter who takes total ownership and brings a positive, "can‑do" work ethic to the team.
