Role Overview

They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager or senior recruitment consultant who is looking for the next stage in their career, who will be responsible for strategic leadership, team development, and driving business performance. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the Birmingham branch, developing and implementing growth strategies
• Manage and develop a high-performing recruitment team, focusing on business development, training, and professional development
• Drive revenue growth through innovative recruitment approaches and strong client relationship management
• Set and achieve ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual billing targets
• Develop and maintain key client relationships within the finance and accountancy sector
