This role involves collaborating with the team to support various HR projects and initiatives across regional offices in the north of England and Scotland. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in a professional services environment, strong judgment, and decision-making skills.

Education
A leading professional services firm is seeking a HR Advisor who will offer advice and guidance on key issues such as employee relations, employee performance and employee retention. They will work closely with colleagues across HR & Talent Management. The role will require regular travel across regional offices in the north of England as well as Scotland.
- Manage employee relations issues, resolving matters informally where possible and advising managers and Partners on best practice.
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers within the client group.
- Support and deliver HR projects and firm-wide initiatives in collaboration with the HR Lead.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to the People Operations Administration team.
- Analyse and present HR data and management information to support effective decision-making.
- Review and improve People Operations processes to ensure quality, consistency, and value.
- Work collaboratively across People Operations and People Experience teams, sharing knowledge and best practice.
