A global advisory firm is seeking a proactive Pension Operations & Governance Specialist in Greater London. This role involves overseeing pension operations, managing regulatory compliance, and providing essential reporting and analysis for Trustees. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, along with experience in pension operations. We are seeking an experienced proactive Pension Operations & Governance Specialist to support the operational, regulatory and governance requirements of our DC Solutions business including The Aon MasterTrust and Group Personal Pension. This role will drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance and provide key reporting and analysis for Trustees and internal stakeholders.
Support Product Oversight & Governance annual risk assessments.
Maintain Consumer Duty registers (vulnerable customers, communications, improvement logs). Coordinate Consumer Duty outcome reporting, annual cohort reviews and assist implementing Consumer Duty improvements. Plan and conduct focus groups and annual member surveys, assist in the reporting of findings.
To be trained and act as Operations Resilience Champion, leading testing and monthly attestations. Input and support annual reviews of operational resilience and potential harm assessments.
Maintain the incident reporting register; conduct root cause analysis and monitor corrective actions.
