This autonomous role involves assessing current workforce capability, advising on skills mapping, and shaping future workforce capacity planning. Global Accounting Network are currently partnering exclusively with an international technology client who are looking for an experienced Workforce Planning Consultant to lead capability assessments across the IT function.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, fully autonomous role where you will be responsible for assessing current workforce capability, advising on skills mapping, and helping shape future workforce capacity planning.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive skills capability assessments across an IT department of approximately 180 people.
  • Analyse and map workforce skills, competencies, and capacity across the organisation.
  • Provide expert recommendations to senior stakeholders based on your findings.
  • Engage with teams across the business to gather insights and drive clarity.
  • Own the full assessment process end-to-end, from planning to delivery.
Qualifications
  • SFIA Accreditation (current or previous).
Required Skills
  • Proven experience conducting capability assessments within IT functions.

  • Confident operating independently with minimal guidance.
