A community-focused organization in Bracebridge is seeking a passionate Youth Manager to lead youth initiatives that foster growth and opportunities for young people. Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week)
Location: LNER Stadium, Lincoln, plus community delivery venues

Lincoln City Foundation is looking for an ambitious and passionate Youth Manager to lead and grow our youth provision. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll take full strategic and operational ownership of programmes that make a real difference to young people in our community.
You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering high‑quality initiatives such as after‑school clubs, holiday activities, Premier League Kicks, and more—ensuring they are impactful, inclusive, and sustainable.
