Young Futures Officer

Do you have a passion for supporting young people and making a positive impact on their lives? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Young Futures Officer to join our housing team in Dartford to support 16 and 17-year-old children in care.

The Young Futures Programme (YFP) is YMCA Thames Gateway Group’s new accommodation and support service for children in care aged 16 & 17. The YFP provides support and guidance to help young people gain the skills and confidence to live independently. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the lives of these young people, supporting them to map out what they want their future to look like and then coaching them to achieve it.

Summary Of Job Profile
  • Contract Type: Permanent/Full Time
  • Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Sunday
