Location: Primary School, Stafford (ST16)
Position: Full-Time, Long-Term

Are you a dedicated and inspiring educator looking for your next opportunity in Key Stage 2?

Smile Education are delighted to be supporting a welcoming primary school in the ST16 area in their search for a full-time Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
  • Differentiate learning to support pupils of all abilities, ensuring progress for every child.
  • Prepare pupils for end-of-Key Stage assessments.
  • Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment where children thrive.
  • Maintain effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupils’ development.
  • Take part in staff meetings, CPD opportunities, and contribute to wider school life.
  • Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote the school’s values.
Essential Requirements
