A leading water and drainage management company is seeking a part-time Yard Operative in Dartford. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety in the yard of the waste treatment plant, which includes sweeping surfaces, removing debris, and supporting other site activities. FM Conway is seeking a Yard Operative to join our dedicated Water and Drainage Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the yard area of the waste treatment plant, supporting safe and efficient operations through general cleaning duties. This is a part-time permanent position, working two days per week, based in Dartford, Kent.
The ideal candidate will have experience carrying out manual labour tasks, with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. A basic understanding of health and safety practices is essential to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. You will be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while maintaining a strong work ethic. Previous experience in yard work or industrial cleaning is advantageous but not essential.
