Location: West Thurrock

Salary: £55,000 plus bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 (40 hours)

Are you an experienced Workshop Manager looking to take the lead in a busy, high-performing commercial vehicle environment?

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee a large team of skilled technicians, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional service delivery and strong operational performance.

As the senior team member supporting the Dealerpoint Manager, the Workshop Manager will play a crucial role in managing the full customer journey from booking and planning, through quality control, to completion and invoicing. Youll take ownership of productivity targets, team morale, process compliance and the continued development of your colleagues.
