Overview

We are recruiting a Workplace Coordinator to join our team at Microsoft Research, 198 Science Park, Cambridge. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday – Friday) paying £13.95 per hour. As the first point of contact on-site, you will be at the heart of delivering seamless Facilities Management services and upholding Sodexo’s high standards, values, and professional image.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Shape the workplace experience by creating a safe, welcoming, and high-quality environment for everyone on site.
  • Be a problem-solver who takes ownership of challenges, delivering timely, practical solutions.
  • Shine in a client-facing role, delivering outstanding service while ensuring standards in security, housekeeping, and health & safety.
  • Keep the workplace running smoothly by managing supplies, courier services, deliveries, and day-to-day logistics.
  • Support collaboration and innovation by setting up meeting spaces, resolving maintenance issues, and stepping into the front-of-house team when needed.
  • Champion excellence by leading safety walks, checks, and audits that ensure the site always delivers a 5-star experience.
