Overview

As a company, we are currently seeking a Working Hands-on Foreman to start immediately.

The Working Hands-on Foreman plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will be responsible for managing a varied team of workers, coordinating tasks, and maintaining safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a previous/existing background in Carpentry or Bricklaying.

Responsibilities

• MUST have previous carpentry or bricklaying experience
• Working on extension works and new builds
• Management of site personnel/trades
• Manage and direct sub-contractors
• Order materials in a timely manner through our Head Office
• Capable of reading and understanding drawings
• Ensuring that we are complying with the specifications provided
• Site health and safety is adhered to at all times onsite
• Company van available - PAYEE or Self-Employed

Compensation

Wage based on experience £40k-£45k

We are willing to negotiate a package for the right person who can deliver.
