Job Description:

Position: Workday HRIS Analyst / System Administrator

Location: Greater London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

We're looking for a hands-on Workday HRIS Analyst / System Administrator to take ownership of our client’s Workday platform and act as the go-to expert across the business. This is a key role working at the intersection of HR and Systems, supporting day-to-day operations while driving system improvements and optimisations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all internal Workday queries
  • Own configuration and maintenance across core modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Payroll, etc)
  • Manage internal support tickets and partner with external providers for escalations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and system efficiency
  • Implement updates from Workday releases and enhance reporting/dashboard capabilities
  • Uphold data security standards (e.g. GDPR) and manage user access

Ideal Candidate:

  • Hands-on experience with Workday, especially HCM
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with external Workday/AMS partners
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and an understanding of HR data/processes

Nice to have experience:

  • Experience supporting multi-functional or global Workday environments
  • Familiarity with reporting, audits, and change governance
  • Advanced Excel skills and Workday reporting experience
