Overview

We are seeking determined Team Leaders to drive performance and deliver a high quality employment support service to our customers. In this role you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring staff are supported, key performance indicators are met and our customers receive the best possible service. The Team Leader will work collaboratively with partners, businesses and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and outcomes for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and support a team of Employment Specialists
  • Drive performance to achieve key objectives and service outcomes
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching and support professional development
  • Delivery quality employment support services and, depending on service, achieve high fidelity IPS interventions.
  • Develop and implement strategies that drive improvement
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, behaviours and funding requirements
  • Analyse data and report on key performance indicators
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, stakeholders and partners
  • Uphold SYHA behaviours and values

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Ability to lead, motivate and inspire others to stay well and achieve in their role

  • Salary 4D - £35,078 per annum
