Hybrid working – one to two days in the office every week. This role will initially be based in Bradford but will move to Leeds Valley Park in summer 2026.
Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
You will be the single point of contact for the Environment Agency for Yorkshire Water’s WINEP delivery programme, working closely with internal teams to ensure regulatory process requirements are met, including reporting and sign‑offs.
The role will be accountable for developing and implementing governance processes, influencing regulatory guidance, and championing process adherence and improvements for both WINEP and non‑WINEP environmental enhancement programmes.
The role is accountable for tracking, reporting and escalating WINEP regulatory risks, providing technical guidance, leading key internal and regulatory progress meetings, and ensuring transparent communications to build confidence and trust across the business and with external stakeholders.
