About the role

As a Nursery Manager you will be an integral part of the nursery management team, ensuring the setting has the right staff, culture, policies and resources to deliver the highest possible standards of childcare and early years education.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team, managing staff rotas and recruitment.
  • Ensure high standards of childcare under the EYFS framework.
  • Identify learning opportunities and create stimulating environments for children and educators.
  • Provide training and support to staff and develop learning opportunities.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children and staff.
  • Deputise for the Nursery Manager during absences.
About you

  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
Must haves
  • A Level 3 or above Early Years Education qualification or equivalent.
