THE EMPLOYER IS: ARDWICK PARTNERSHIP LTD.Ardwick Partnership represents a number of leading fashion brands in the Irish market. With a wide customer base across the island, the Wholesale Sales Assistant will work closely with the Sales Director to manage and grow these accounts. You will also provide administrative support and in doing so deliver outstanding customer service both to our customers and the brands we represent. The candidate will also be tasked with identifying new customers and servicing these accounts. This will involve time on the telephone and on the road making customer visits. You will also be tasked with placing orders on our systems, so a strong grasp of Work & Excel is crucial.To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Being able to engage with customers, address their inquiries, and handle any concerns or complaints professionally and promptly is crucial.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with existing customers.
  • Building and maintaining a steady growth of new customers.
  • Quoting prices to customers as and when required.
  • Working closely to a budget as set by the Sales Director.
  • Being the first point of contact for customer issues.
  • Negotiating with customers to achieve the best price for both the company and the customer.
  • Attendance at monthly sales meetings.
  • Ensure that excellent customer relationships are maintained, by being available for customer queries as and when required.
  • Liaison with the Sales Director on a continuous basis.
  • Attend sales meetings and place orders on our system.
