Job summary

A leading NHS Trust in the UK is seeking a Wellbeing Adjustment Advisor to support managers in implementing workplace adjustments in accordance with the Equality Act 2010. Your role involves advising on health conditions and designing workshops aimed at enhancing staff wellbeing. Candidates should have a degree or equivalent experience in HR, EDI or a related field, alongside strong communication and analytical skills. The position is fixed-term for 12 months with a competitive salary range of £31,049 to £37,796 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience with implementing wellbeing strategies in a large organisation.
• Training in mental health or inclusion is desirable.
• Experience in project management and budget tracking is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on workplace adjustments and compliance.
• Design workshops and training on wellbeing management.
• Analyse sickness absence data and provide recommendations.
• Evaluate wellbeing processes and contribute to governance meetings.
